This speciality compact batch freezer is engineered to produce smooth, low or high overrun, super premium, premium or regular ice creams.
Create an endless array of ice-cream flavours – it’s easy; just add mix and flavourings through the convenient funnel on the hood. Fresh fruits and nuts can be folded in as product is being drawn into a container. In addition, product can be ejected at temperatures low enough for serving (serving temperature should be based on mix formulation, flavourings and overrun desired).
Serve gelato, sorbet, Italian ice or unique ice cream desserts. With just a few operator parts and its small size, this versatile freezer can adapt anywhere – even in the busiest galleys. This batch freezer is the simple and automatic way to serve exciting ice cream recipes fast.
Refrigeration is controlled by time. Finished product quality and temperature is automatic simply by setting the time required for the recipe. A buzzer will sound to remind operator to eject the finished product.
The uniquely designed beater is polished to precision. Revolutionary helix-wrap “plastic shoe” blades provide efficient scraping and improved product ejection.
