This large pot-and-pan washer has front and side panels made of 304 AISI stainless steel. It also has a stainless steel wash tank, a filter, and wash and rinse arms. Its double-skinned insulated door is divided into two sections, enabling a 180° frontal opening.
It comes with a built-in atmospheric insulated water boiler (10.5 kW) that has an 18-liter capacity. This boiler, combined with a rinse booster pump, ensures a consistent hot rinse temperature of 84°C. The boiler is constructed with 304 welding to protect against corrosion. The Wash Safe Control system ensures that the correct water temperature and pressure are maintained during the rinse phase, guaranteeing optimal rinsing performance regardless of the water pressure in the network (minimum 0.5 bar).
The washer also includes a high-efficiency air gap (Class A) in the water inlet circuit to prevent water from siphoning back into the network due to sudden drops in main pressure. It features a fault auto-diagnosis system, a self-cleaning cycle, a drain pump, and dispensers for rinse aid and detergent.
