Angled-shaft fork kneader with 40 L bowl capacity. It is assembled on a welded steel base, which supports the kneading head and the removable bowl. A transparent protective screen covers the bowl with an opening for adding products or "scraping" the dough.

This system allows for the quick and easy raising of the head, with an instantaneous locking mechanism to keep it in place.

The touch button control panel and progressive action brakes regulate the bowl rotation speed. Two speeds: 45 rpm and 90 rpm, and an adjustable timer (0-59 min).
