The full-door freezer is constructed from 304 AISI stainless steel and features an external bottom panel made of anti-corrosive material. It includes a large digital display with white digits for cabinet temperature monitoring and settings, as well as a turbo frost cycle for rapidly cooling warm loads. The control system is HACCP-compliant and equipped with alarms and history logs. The Frost Watch Control system defrosts the unit only when necessary, using an automatic evaporation process for the defrost water.

Optimized airflow ensures even temperature distribution across all grids, and the unit is insulated with 65 mm-thick polyurethane foam. The self-closing door is reversible on-site and includes a microswitch that automatically turns off the fan when the door is opened. The hidden evaporator design maximizes storage capacity and minimizes corrosion issues.

This freezer has a built-in refrigeration unit that operates in a ventilated manner, and features interior LED lighting. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures of up to 43 °C and is free from CFCs and HCFCs. The refrigerant type is R290, and cyclopentane gas is used in the foam insulation. Additionally, it is pre-arranged to connect to a remote computer and integrated HACCP systems through an RS485 port.
