A flexible heated trolley that keeps any dish's temperature constant without affecting its quality or appearance. The food can be kept warm for a few minutes up to four hours.
The electronic control is intuitive and easy to use even by less experienced personnel. The manual vent on the door allows perfect regulation of the natural humidity of the food. The door handle is ergonomic and fully recessed, and the lock is magnetic.
The door seal is made of high-temperature-resistant silicone and is easily interchangeable. The watertight chamber and rounded corners make cleaning easy and safe, and removable side racks will also facilitate cleaning.
The trolley has four 125 mm diameter castors, two of which have brakes.
