This hot cupboard is designed to keep and serve hot food and is specially developed for marine use. The unit is reinforced for optional over-shelf and tray slide. The exterior and interior are both made of stainless steel. Well-rounded edges for easy cleaning.
Modular construction - no tools required to remove drawers and runners. The doors are equipped with lockable handles and an easy-to-remove magnetic door gasket. No tools needed to remove drawers and runners.
The cupboards are fitted with a tubular heater and forced-air fan circulation. They have separate ON/OFF switches and a thermostat for the upper and lower sections.
