The dryer is built on modularity concept to easily connect with Electrolux dual rinse rack type dishwasher without any modification including power, inlet water, drain water, detergent and rinse aid connections. The unit is to be placed between the dual rinse rack type dishwasher and the handling system. The feeding direction can be either left to right or right to left as it's reversible on site.

Drying zone removes most of the water from the crockery through a high powered fan that extracts dry air from outside mixing it with the internal air, thus providing dry plates at a temperature cool enough to handle safely.

The dryer features a large counterbalanced inspection door that allows unrestricted all-round access to the internal area. The injected foam insulation in the door adds strength and reduces noise and heat loss. Four adjustable marine feet allows full access underneath the machine for easy cleaning.
