This roll-trough refrigerator has a stainless steel design, with a full door on one side and a glass door on the other. It comes with a lock and internal light for added security and convenience.
The temperature can be adjusted between +2 and +10°C for optimal storage of meat and dairy products. Ventilated cooling distributes the temperature uniformly. It also has an automatic defrost and automatic evaporation of defrost water.
It is suitable for all 18-shelf GN 1/1 trolleys and is designed to fit the 18-shelf GN 2/1 trolley, which is an optional accessory.
The model has a large digital white-digit display with a humidity selection button (3 preset levels), an internal temperature display and setting, and manual activation of the defrost or turbo frost cycle to cool warm loads rapidly. The lift-up control panel provides easy access to the appliance's primary components.
Connectivity is ready for real-time access to connected appliances from remote and data monitoring (requires optional accessory).
