This compact and ergonomic vegetable cutter and slicer enables the performance of over 80 different types of cuts and slices, thanks to its 40 dishwasher-safe stainless steel discs. It can be easily switched from a vegetable slicer to a food processor without the need for tools.

The feeding arm and hopper are made entirely of stainless steel. It features a silent, asynchronous industrial motor for heavy-duty use and long life. The user-friendly lever enables better pressure control with reduced strain on the arms and shoulders, making it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. All parts that come into contact with food can be removed without tools. The stainless steel hopper, lever, and cutting chamber are dishwasher safe.

Additionally, a magnetic safety system and motor brake ensure that the machine does not operate when the lever is open or swung away from its closed position. The machine will automatically restart when the 3/4 moon-shaped pusher is in position. It comes with a stainless steel vegetable preparation attachment that includes a lever-integrated long vegetable hopper (60 mm in diameter) and a large round hopper (215 cm²).
