The 700XP series bratt pan guarantees the highest performance, reliability, energy efficiency, safety standards, and ergonomic operation. It is ideal for sautéing, poaching, steaming, boiling, stewing, and damp cooking.
The bratt pan has a water-filling tap, manual tilting, and infrared heating elements under the cooking surface. It features a Duomat cooking surface, ideal for roasting, browning, stewing, preparing sauces, sautéing, boiling, and braising. A Duomat surface exhibits excellent thermal stability and corrosion resistance, and is composed of a 10 mm-thick alloy formed by combining two different stainless steel plates.
All exterior panels are made from stainless steel with Scotch-Brite finishing, and the worktop is made from one-piece, pressed 1.5 mm stainless steel. The lid is made of double-skinned stainless steel. The model features right-angled side edges to allow for flush-fitting joints between units, eliminating gaps and potential dirt traps.
